GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION TO THE 36th PHILIPPINE CHEMISTRY CONGRESS

1. Interested participants will go to the 36th PCC Website.

2. These are the forms for the 36PCC Registration. For individual registration, use the Individual Registration Form. For group registration, you need to fill out two forms. Please click on the appropriate registration form below: Individual Registration Form and the Group Remittance Form.

3. We encourage one registrant, one payment. This is for the enrollment of your email address to the virtual conference platform. We encourage you to use a gmail account for better access and connectivity.

4. Payment of Fees.

4.1 Pay the registration fee using the Payment Gateway (Dragonpay payment platform) provided in the 36PCC site. Click on the appropriate category of payment and ticket in the 36pcc registration page. Fill out the information and you will receive the instruction for the transfer of payment. 
4.2 For the Foreign Participant, you need to pay the registration fee using this swiftcode: setcphmm (Security Bank). You may email us to get the Security Bank Account Number at 36pcc.secretariat@gmail.com. After payment, fill out the Individual Registration Form.

4.3 Take a screenshot of the acknowledgement receipt of payment.

4.4 Fill out the Individual Registration Form. Be ready with the following:

4.4.1 Scanned copy of valid membership ID or certificate of membership, or official receipt, school ID if student. If your membership is no longer valid, please renew it first before accomplishing the registration form.

4.4.3 PRC Registration Number (for registered chemist, registered chemical technician, and licensed professional teacher)

Scanned copy of filled-out BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax) from your company (if this applies to the participant).
4.4.5 If the participant is below 18 years old, an accomplished consent form duly signed by the parent.

4.5 You will receive a message of confirmation of your registration in your registered email address.

5. Slots for the 36PCC are on a first-come-first-served basis.

6. The registration is non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.

7. Access to the Whova Conference Platform will be sent through the email address provided during the registration. Strictly one email address per registrant.

NOTE: You are considered registered if you have paid the registration fee and if you have filled out the Individual Registration and Group Remittance Form (when applicable). You will receive an email from the Registration Committee to inform you that you are officially registered for the 36PCC. Turn around time is 10 working days.

OFFICIAL RECEIPT
We will send a digital copy of your Official Receipt to your registered email address. If you need the hard copy of the OR, click this link for the Request for Delivery of Official Receipt. The participant  will be the one to shoulder the shipping fee.
