The 34th Philippine Chemistry Congress (PCC) was held on May 28-30 at the Waterfront Hotel, Lahug, Cebu City. 1,500 delegates – researchers, academicians, and other industry experts – from local and abroad attended the event.

Themed as “CHEMbisyon 2019: Kimiko Para sa Sariling Bayan,“ the 34th PCC featured local and international experts who catered a rich variety of lectures, keynotes, plenary and parallel sessions relevant to the field of chemistry and its contribution to the development of the country. The event also featured oral presentations, poster papers, and chemistry-related product booths for delegates to engage in.
